Native Food Fare
Nothing says Indian market more than the tasty fried dough called "Fry Bread" that is hand formed and cooked in a skillet over an open fire. The golden-colored fry bread can be topped in multiple ways. Some like it sweetened with powdered sugar or honey. Others like it topped with beans, cheese, and chili for an Indian style taco.

There are many more delicious items on the menu at our native food vendors. The Indian burger is sure to overcome those with a big appetite. The Navajo mutton stew will gently wake up your
taste buds.
Come join our hungry crowd!
